不错不错

今年教四年级，从去年的4个班中去掉一个了，相对来说轻松多了，不过，学校的事情还是挺多的，主要要负责写通讯，有点头大。

我一遍又一遍地反复说着这句句子，我已经不知不觉地移动到了他的面前，不知不觉地我的音量已经高了几个分贝，我多么希望他能利索的重复这句话呀，可是，一切似乎都是白费力气，他嗫嚅着嘴唇就是没吐出只字片语来。整个教室里已经一片沉寂，所有人的目光都盯着我和他。我知道我的脸色已经变得很难看——把他们都吓住了。可是已经反复领读不下20遍，他僵站着，而我也充分甩出了我的牛脾气——就不信撬不开你的嘴！
我当时的理由很足：已经教了跨两个星期第3节课了，就是只鹦鹉也该开口会“学舌”了吧，至于如此嘛。原因只有一个——偷懒，课余没花时间巩固。所以现在我就要顶着你、降服你、也是惩罚你，目的有二：1让你在大家面前出出丑；2让你铭记于心，永远记得我是难缠的。
事后，我就省悟到，其实这样做的结果已经没有什么意义了。即便最后他是开口说了这句句子，可是我忽略了这种场景对他产生的已经不是积极的帮助了，而更多的应该是对他自尊、自信的伤害，更多的可能是刻骨铭心的痛苦回忆，以致对发言产生过敏性恐惧——永远“学不了舌”。
其实我违背了教育教学中的“遵循学生个体差异性”原则，冷处理应该是一种适合的方法；发挥同学帮困引导法会更有效的。   铃声再次响起，我满怀期待地步入教室……
