最近通过各种途径听了田湘军老师的很多课,听他的课,听课笔记都无法记录。自然 、亲切,不知不觉就在学习中。学习田老师。
田老师关于如何成为好老师的看法。
一学生说: 好老师要会和学生相处 什么样的教师才是一个好教师呢?算来我做学生已有十多年,时间也不短了,接受过很多老师的教诲,心中不免会有一个自己喜欢的教师的形象。我认为,一个教师就应当把握好一个“处”字,相处的处,是教师与学生之间的相处。要想真正协调好这个“处”,的确是件难事。在学生看来,老师总是高高在上的,难免令学生心生畏惧。反过来看,如果一个老师和学生相处和和睦睦,亦师亦友,亦母亦父,如兄长一般关心,如朋友一般勉励,那么他就是一个好教师。荀子曰:“青,取之于蓝,而青于蓝。”我想这样的学生一定会出自一位好教师之教导下。
另一学生说: 我们欢迎具有独特教学方法的老师 我觉得具有独特教学方法的老师,是最受欢迎的老师。我们的语文老师在教《狼》这篇古文时,先让我们在预习的基础上,分组电脑制作讲课内容,然后让各组在课堂上边展示,边讲课,接着师生给予打分评价,最后老师亲自出马,给我们弥补讲课的不足。在学习过程中,我们尝到了自主探究,合作交流的甜头,同时我们也切实感觉到自己是真正的课堂学习主人。这种新颖的教法使本来乏味的古文学习变得精彩有趣了,有的同学在兴奋之余还编了顺口溜:“老师教法真是高,精心安排新学法,自主探究增本领,老课新上效果神,古文学习不头疼。”
一家长说: 朽木不可雕--会雕朽木的教师是好教师 在应试教育的背景下,升学率,班级平均成绩,毕业班能考取几位“北大”和“清华”或重点高中等指标往往是评定学校老师是否合格是否优秀的不可忽略的标准。然而,要客观地评价和反映一位老师的好与坏不能简单地注重这些结果而忽略教育过程。一位优秀的老师面对他的学生,就好像一位优秀的雕刻家面对那些形态各异尚待雕刻的美玉一样,决不可能把他们千篇一律地打磨成一个形状,而是顺应其原有的纹理,潜心构思,精雕细琢,扬其长、避其短,用一把钥匙开一把锁的慎密的科学方法,来培养每一个学生;了解每个学生细微的特点,因势利导,循循善诱地把每个学生都培养成可塑的有用之材,这才是一位优秀的教育工作者必须具备的内在素质和施教魅力。所以说好老师要“朽木也会雕”!
另一家长说: 教师应“顺木之天,以致其性” 我们常常将育人比作种树,每个孩子就像一棵棵小树一样,都有自己特有的生长环境,因而每个孩子就形成了有别于他人的独特的性格和气质。教师如果对此视而不见,总是使用一套或数套所谓成功的教育理论和模式实践于自己的学生,这样的教育谈得上成功吗?因此,站在家长的角度来说,我理想中孩子的老师应该是这样的:博学却不拘泥于书本中的教条,而是善于为我所用;对学生的特性具有敏锐的洞察力,并能够有针对性地制定教学策略,做到因材施教。
一教师说: 一个好教师要有一双智慧的眼睛 班里孩子能力差异很大,性格脾气不一,有的好动,有的好静,有的调皮淘气,有的乖巧伶俐,有的能说会道,有的聪明能干。作为一名幼儿教师的我认为每一个孩子都很棒,他们都有一座属于自己的天堂,有着美好的心灵。人之初,性本善,只有不善于发现孩子闪光点的教师,没有教不好的孩子。有些孩子爱恶作剧,捉弄人,我让他有事做——当值日生,发碗筷、擦桌子,然后受表扬;有些孩子蛮不讲理,没大没小、不懂规矩,我让他当小组长,管好别人可先要管住自己。 总之,一个好教师要有一双慧眼,有了这双眼睛,就不会被表象所迷惑,就会发现孩子美好的内心。
一领导说: 思想是人师不竭的魅力 有人说:思想是行动的帆,思想是生命的舵。一名好教师的思想就是一片无垠的蓝天,就是一份对教育理想执著的追求,就是那与时代精神永远相通的不懈思考。它能指导我们不断地开拓自己的事业,努力地寻求科学的教育教学方法,使自己在教学活动中不断地完善,进而形成独特的教育教学风格,成为学生心中不可磨灭的“明师”。所以说,每一名教师都要做思考者、思想者,不要把自己陷入琐碎、忙碌的工作中,要腾出时间学习,腾出时间反思、总结。缺乏创新,没有思想的教师是不可能成为好教师的。但思想、主见不是天上掉下来的,需要在长期实践基础上的艰苦卓绝的思考。这样的思考能提高思维水平,能推动工作不断跃上新台阶。让我们做个有思想、会思考的好教师吧,因为作为人师,有思想才有光彩,有思想才有魅力,有思想才有价值。
另一领导说: “内心有爱”是好教师永恒的标准 我以为,好教师的标准很多,默默耕耘、治学严谨、严于律己等,其中绝不可缺“爱”,“内心有爱”是好教师永恒的标准。“内心有爱”是指教师有热爱事业之心、热爱学生之心、热爱生活之心,这是一名好教师的思想基础,一名好教师工作动力的源泉。因为内心有爱,她才会勤奋工作,不怕麻烦,不怕辛苦,心甘情愿地付出;因为内心有爱,她才会对学生施以慈母般的关怀,对犯错的孩子宽容对待;因为内心有爱,她才会乐于思考,学而不辍,积极进取……爱的力量是无穷的,它让教师工作热情倍增,让教师在“苦”中找“乐”。所以,“内心有爱”是好教师的灵魂,是教师修养的最高境界。
老师们,看到如此众多的关于“怎样才是一个好老师”的评述,不知各位老师有何感想。我是一个比较简单的人。因此,每当我遇到太复杂的问题,我常常喜欢把它简单化。怎样才是一个好老师?回答这个问题的答案真的有很多种。但我找到的最简单的回答就是:爱!

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, I'm very glad to attend this English speech competition. The topic of my speech is: Love----the key to success.
As everybody knows, the beginning of the 21st century is an era of information. This is the time of knowledge economics. Development during this era requires more people talented in processing and exchanging information. These people are cultivated by education --- and education needs teachers. With no doubt, teachers have to take their responsibility in this era and perform their required task. This is why teaching, as a career is one of the most splendid under the sun. This is why teachers are regarded as the burning candles providing others with heat and light. Then how to be a qualified teacher? How to be a successful teacher? I think this requires that teachers have not only rich knowledge, effective methodology of teaching, advanced multi-media technology, but also have the feelings of love, love for his profession and for his students. Love is the key to success.
I’ve been an English teacher for almost fifteen years. During these years, I have realized the importance of the feelings of love. I remember that, when I was a college student, I liked music very much. I liked playing the guitar. Sometimes I wrote some romantic love songs to express my feelings. But after I graduated from the college, I began to teach. At that time, I had a strange thought. That is: I’m sure I can’t be a composer or musician. It’s really of no use to continue composing those love songs. Then why can’t I write some songs for my students? Why can’t I use those English sentence patterns as the words and compose them into English songs so that my students can sing them all the time?
After one year, I finished composing almost twenty English songs for my students. They liked those songs very much. To my happiness, several songs were published in our Junior-high journals in my hometown. I felt so happy about that and I thought it was love, it was the feelings of love for my profession and for my students that lead me to success.
English teaching is not easy work. But I want to let my students learn English easily. I want to let them know that they can gain a lot of happiness and fun from learning. Every time I teach, I’ll try my best to motivate the students, arouse their learning interests and make every effort to bring out the best in them. Once I was required to give a demonstration class for the students in Grade Three. The topic of this lesson is in a fast-food restaurant. Well, of course it’s impossible for me to take more than fifty students to a MacDonald’s. How to create such kind of situation and how to let students feel happy and have fun when they are learning? At last, I decided to teach with the help of multi-media. I used Authorware, one of the multi-media computer softwares to make a short movie. Students can watch it on the screen by the over-head projector. At first, they can see a MacDonald’s in a forest. Snowwhite is standing in front of the gate to welcome the seven dwarfs. Then students could hear their funny conversation, which is formed by the key words and sentences they are going to learn in the new text. When students watched this short movie, they felt very happy and they also learned those key words and sentences very easily.
My demonstration class was very successful. And I think it is love, it is love for my profession and for my students that lead me to success. Ladies and gentlemen, as a teacher, if you have the feeling of love for your profession and your students, you’ll feel the need to learn more and keep improving your teaching skills. If you have love, you’ll be able to enjoy your teaching and harvest much happiness. If you have love, you’ll be a qualified, successful and happy teacher. Because love is the key to success.
