请教一个问题，on the first floor是什么意思？

在美式英语中on the first floor 是在一楼；而在英式英语中on the ground floor 才是一楼，on the first floor 就是二楼了。

英语和汉语不同，the ground floor 为第一层，二the first floor 为第二层。这可考试会考到的！
