in the morning/afternoon/evening是算是一般过去时，还是算一般现在时？

可根据上下文看啊

是的没有上下文，没有语境地呢？如：
Nancy ________(watch) TV in the evening.
这个是填watches还是watched

watched

我觉得不一定,一般现在时也能用.还是要有一定的语境.

看语境.
如果没语境,一般可把in the morning/afternoon/evening看成every morning/afternoon/evening,这样
如： Nancy ________(watch) TV in the evening. 这个是填watches还是watched,当然是watches了

Nancy ________(watch) TV in the evening. 这个填watches,一般还是看作是一般现在时.
