一、        教学内容（Teaching contents）：
Fun time & Rhyme time
二、        教学目标（Teaching aims and learning objectives）：
1．        能听懂、会说、会读词汇are, you, yes, am, no, not。
2．        能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语I’m… Are you…? Yes, I am./No, I’m not.并能准确运用它们来问答对方是某人，以及会向别人介绍自己的姓名。
3．        能听懂并熟练正确地诵读歌谣《Are you Mike?》。
4．        了解西方国家别人询问自己是不是某人的不同回答。
5．        通过本课学习，培养学生对话表演的能力，提高用英语进行简单交流的能力，体会英语学习的乐趣和成就感。
三、        教学重点和难点（Focus of the lesson and predicted areas of difficulty）：
1．        教学重点：熟练掌握本课词句并自然熟练地运用。
          能听懂并熟练正确地诵读歌谣《Are you Mike?》。
2．        教学难点：单词I’m，I am的读音。
             一般疑问句Are you…?的语调及正确回答。

Step1 Warm up
1.        Sing a song.
2.        Free talk
T: Hi./Hello./Good moring,…
S: Hi./Hello./Good moring, Miss Liu.
T: Hi/Hello/Good morning. Are you…?
S: Yes, I am./ No, I’m not. I’m…（提示：what’s your name?）
鼓励学生向老师和班级同学问好（大胆开口，交际意识，表扬激励）
Step2.Revision
1. T: Boys and girls. Look, this is a boy. He’s our old friend. Who's he? Can you guess!教师利用反向的老朋友人物头像让学生猜测人物，并向其打招呼)
  S: Mike.
  T: Yes, you’re right.(让学生向Mike打招呼) We know Mike made two new friends in the story time. Do you remember their names? (ppt:同学们，你们记得Mike问了哪两个人的名字吗?)
  S: Su Hai/ Liu Tao.
2.        1）T: Now Mike knows Su Hai and Liu Tao. How does he ask them?  (呈现Story time中2、4两幅图让学生回忆。)
S: Are you Su Hai? Yes, I am.
S: Are you Wang Bing? No, I’m not. I’m LiuTao.(揭示课题 Unit2 I’m Liu Tao)

3. 1) T: 教师帮学生提炼新句型，点明语用功能。
（ＰＰＴ：同学们，你们知道了吗？Are you…? 用来询问对方是不是某人？
(板书:头像气泡：Are You…? Yes, I am. /No, I’m not.)
并教授单词 “are” “you” “am”。 （师指导朗读技巧，问句语调上升。）

2）Say a rhyme: Are you Su Hai, are you Su Hai?（用“两只老虎”的曲调唱）
           Yes, I am, yes, I am.
           Are you Wang Bing, are you Wang Bing?
           No, I’m not, No, I’m not.
   

Step3. Fun time.
1.        Listen and guess.
T: (Mike is playing games with his friends. Here are some Mike’s friends. Can you use “Are you…” to guess who they are?)
现在有几个小朋友跟mike打了招呼，请你用Are you…来猜猜他们都是谁？
T: Now Mike and his friends are playing games. Let’s watch how they play the game.
2.        Guess and say.
第一步：看视频，理解如何玩游戏
第二步：说明游戏规则
第三步：示范游戏的玩法
第四步：学生小组内玩游戏
第五步：让学生上台玩游戏（争做英语小明星）
注意：玩游戏时，要求明确，适当指导，奖励
3.        Think and guess. “I’m a super star.” （课前了解学生喜欢的人物明星和卡通明星）
T: 接上一个环节T： Here are many other super stars. Let’s see who they are.
1) 明星出场自我介绍Hi, I’m…，学生向明星们打招呼并自我介绍。
2）游戏：我也来当大明星 师说明游戏规则，后让一名学生扮演，其他学生用Are you…?猜测，上台的学生用Yes, I am./N o, I’m not.来回答，教师也可以渗透What’s your name?
Step4.Rhyme time
接着上面的环节，让学生猜测老师想成为的大明星Meimei. Mei mei likes singsing. Let’s say a rhyme together.
1)watch the cartoon
2)Try to read by themselves.(学生打开书本，记住不会读的词句)
3) Learn to read “You’re right.” “Moe” and “Joe”.
4)Say the rhyme after the tape.
5)Say after the teacher.（教师示范动作）
6)Say in pairs.(同桌问答式)
7)Say in groups.(大组之间)
8)欣赏歌谣并试着创编歌谣。
T： Miss Liu makes a rhyme for you.  Let’s say together.
Step5.Production.
大家一起来表演
T: Mike likes making friends. Today he helps his classmate to see his friend WangBing at train station.
情景：Mike帮同学去车站接朋友王兵。   
你能用下面的对话来演一演吗？

B: Yes,I am./No, I’m not. I’m…
师讲明规则，小组讨论准备两分钟，上台表演。
Step6 Summary
1．        用英语自我介绍：I’m…/I am…
2．        询问对方是不是某人：Are you…? 回答：Yes, I am./No, I’m not.(I’m…)（特别着重不能回答Yes, I’m）
Homework:
1．        仔细听录音，跟读儿歌并尝试背诵表演。
2．        用英语I’m…向家人和朋友介绍自己的名字。
3．        和你的朋友用Are you…来玩一玩Fun Time里的游戏。
