Teaching aims
教学目标   1. To learn some new words.
               2. To learn the use of the present perfect tense and time expressions with it.
               3. To understand the difference between the present perfect tense and the simple
                  past tens
               4. To teach the students to say “ I have done a good thing .”
  教学重点   The use of the perfect tense: have/ has +p.p.
  教学难点   The differences:present perfect tense and the simple past tense
 教具学具    A small blackboard ,pictures
 Part one  预习交流
A.  Try to read the new words.(个别读且纠正——集体读——巩固重点单词)
B.  写出下列动词的过去式及过去分词
C.  Translate the phrases
D. Fill in the blanks
Part  two  交流展示、巩固提高
Step1.  Lead in the present perfect tense.
   1. Ask some questions about Reading
  (1) How long has Mr Chen lived in Sunshine town?
  (2) Has he ever moved house?
  (3) There  have been many changes in this town. . What has the town center become?
  (4) How does he feel from time to time?
    板书句子,呈现现在完成时
   (1)He has lived in Sunshine town since he moved there with his family when he was 2 years  old.  
     (2) Yes, he has.
     (3) It has become a park.
     (4) It has become more difficult to see his old friends,he feels a bit lonely.
   2. Ask the students again
   T: When did you have breakfast?   
   S:I had breaskfast an hour ago.
   T: He had breakfast an hour ago. He has had breakfast.(Bb)
   T: Where did you study English last term?
   S: We studied English in Shuanghe Middle School.
  T: Yes. You studied English in Shuanghe Middle School last term. You have studied here for about two years.(Bb)
Tell students the differences between present perfect tense and the simple past tense.
→我们用一般过去时谈论过去发生的动作,(且句子中有明确的表示过去的时间副词或短语,如in1989, last term, etc.)但当过去发生的动作和现在有联系有影响或持续到现在时,我们用现在完成时态.
Work out the rule:  have/has+past participle
Step2.  How we form the past participles of verbs         
        Read the table   P14
   (Add the simple past forms)Add:
have---had---had     hear---heard---heard     buy---bought---bought      go---went---gone do---did----done    eat---ate---eaten     forget---forgot---forgotten     cut---cut--- cut    read---read---read  
Step 3. Explain the use of the present perfect tense.
A;1.T: Millie didn't go to school today. Why?
     S: She was ill two days ago.
    T:Oh, I'm sorry. She has been ill for two days. (She’s  been…)
    Let's go to see her after school.
 2.T: How long have we learned English?
   S: For about six years.
   T: How many English words have we learned?
    S: We have learned 2,000 English words. (We’ve …)
  总结: 到现在为止这段时间已发生的情况.动作从过去延续到现在.
B. 1.T:Would you like something to eat?
  S:Thank you. I’ve had my supper.(现在用不着吃)  
   2.T:Do you want to see this film?
     S:No,thanks .I have seen the film.(对这部电影有所了解)
总结:   某个动作虽是过去发生,但其后果和影响及于现在.
     时间状语:already,yet(否,疑),since,ever,never,just,before(句尾),
   for+时间段,recently
Step4. CompleteP14,A1 and use the present perfect tense to make some sentences
Step5. Change the above sentence patterns to general questions, negative sentences and question the underlined parts.
    T: I haven't +past participle.
        She/He/It hasn't +past participle
        Have you +past participle? Yes,I have./No,I haven't.
        Has she/he/it +past participle? Yes,she/he/it has ./No,she/he/it hasn't.
        How long has she +past participle?
        .............

      Read and act it out.
