Step1.Warm-up and practice

2.Singing an English song 《Hobbies》
3. Show my information card, let the students ask me some questions.
S1: What’s your name?
T: My name is XX.
S2: How old are you?
T: Guess. (让学生猜猜)I’m…
S3:Where do you live?
T: I live in HaiTong How about you?
S3: I live in HaiTong, too.
T: Do you live in HaiTong
S4: Yes, I do.
T: Does she/he live in HaiTong?

T: HaiTong is a small town It’s very beautiful. Do you like it?

Teach the  word “town”。

1、教学短语surf the Internet
T: I know the hobbies of you. Do you want to know my hobbies?
Ss: Yes, we do.( 切换多媒体到上网的页面和电子邮件的图片，使学生有直观感知。)
T : Look, this is my hobby, Guess ! What’s my hobby?
Ss: Your hobby is playing computer games.
T: No, my  hobby is surfing the Internet.(板书短语 surf the Internet)
Read after me: surf the Internet(利用升降调读，教师要求一组学生以“开火车”的方式读，并在课件上显示出音标)
Ss: Surf the Internet. Surf the Internet.
T: I like surfing the Internet.I usually write an e-mail to my friend.
Teach the word “usually’and the phrase “surf the Internet, write an e-mail”（Read）
T:Can you say like this “I usually…”
