二、重、难点讲解
1. It is made of metal and really tall.它是用金属造的，而且很高。
.   be made of 由……做成的（能看出原料）
The table is made of stone.
be made from 由……做成的 （不能看出原料）
This kind of paper is made from bamboo.
2.        Kitty and I did not feel sick any more. 我和基蒂再也不感到难受了。
    not..any more= no more  不再
3.. in front of 和 in the front of 的区别
    二者都可表示“在……前面”，但物体所处的位置不同。in front of 表示在物体外面的前面，而in the front of 表示物体内部的前面。
4.        There are models of over a hundred places of interest from all over the world.那里有来自全世界各地的一百多个名胜的模型。
(1). over 是介词，超过=more than
(2).places of interest 意为“名胜”，“旅游胜地”
(3).all over 意为“遍及”，from all over the world 意为“来自世界各地”
5.  The pyramids looked just like the real ones in Egypt.金字塔模型看上去就像埃及真的金字塔一样。
6 . the one back home 家乡的那一个
  back 这里是形容词，“后面的”，back home 意为“老家”。
7. Kitty’s classmate Daniel taught himself how to make a home page.
  基蒂的同学丹尼尔自学了如何制作网页。
  Teach oneself= learn by oneself，意为“自学”。
  I teach myself English.=I learn English by myself. 我自学英语。
8. It took half an hour to get to the World Park from school.从学校到世界公园用了半小时。
It takes (sb.)+some time/ money+to do sth.“做某事花费（某人）多少时间/金钱”。
