二、重难点讲解
1.The programme covers different sports, such as swimming, badminton and   football.
such as意为例如，常用于列举一系列的事物，例子由两个或两个以上组成，而for example也有例如之意，但它常用于一个人或事物对上文所述的内容来举例加以说明。
用such as 和for example填空：
There are many school things in the shop, ______ ______ pens, pencils, exercise books and dictionaries.
I know many girls who are good at swimming, for example, Lily.
2. weekly  
adj. 每周一次的     e.g. They are doing the weekly cleaning.  
adv.  每周e.g. We played chess two or three times weekly.
     同样的还有monthly,yearly
3. cover   vt
a)包含,包括,涉及    e.g.   The lectures covered a lot of subjects.  
The exhibition covers an area of 5,000 square metres.
b)盖,遮盖                 e.g.   Flood water covers our fields.  
be covered with覆盖,遮盖 e.g.  The ground is covered with snow.  
c)报道,（记者）采访  e.g.   He was sent to cover the traffic accident.  
cover     n.      盖子,封面e.g.   My book needs a new cover.
4. mystery  [C]   神秘的事物     e.g.   It is not a mystery to me.  
    [U]  神秘，秘密 e.g.  This movie is full of horror and mystery.
Mysterious  adj.  神秘的;不可思议的
5. live[laiv]的用法
a) 现场播出的 adj. & adv.  
e.g.  The football match is covered live on TV.
There is going to be a live concert tonight.
b) 活的 adj. 用来修饰动物，一般不修饰人,且通常只用作前置定语，不作表语。
e.g.  The cat was playing with a live mouse. 那只猫正在玩耍一只活老鼠。
Have you ever touched a real live snake?  你有没有摸过活蛇？
