        课题        Unit 8   Open Day  1        第1课时                总第36课时
        教学目标:
1. 能听懂、会说、会读单词及词组bright, sometimes, near, songbook, open day, music room, lots of, watch TV, in class。
2. 能听懂、会说、会读并会拼写单词our, classroom, blackboard, bookcase, computer。
3. 初步掌握句型What’s in/on/near … ? There’s a /There are some … in/on/near …, 并获得运用所学语言进行交际的能力。


        教学重点难点:
重点:初步掌握句型What’s in/on/near … ? There’s a /There are some … in/on/near … , 并能够交际运用。难点:
        教具准备及辅助活动:
多媒体,图片等。

        作业设计安排:
课内:学习课文内容;
初步掌握并运用课文中出现的单词及句型。
课外:跟录音朗读课文;
模仿课文内容向父母介绍自己的校园。

        教学过程:
Step1: Warm up
1. Greetings.
2. Free talk.
复习句型:Let's go to ...
Great! How do we go there? (复习“there”)
Shall we go to ... by ...?
3. 看图复习学过的地点类单词如sitting-room, library, classroom等。

Step2: Presentation
T: First, let’s play a game. I’ve got some pictures. Do you want to have a look? (PPT逐一显示四张被遮挡的图片):
1. 新授句型There’s a …及单词sometimes,词组watchTV。
T: (PPT显示起居室图片) Can you tell me what place it is?
S: It’s a sitting room.
T: What’s in the sitting room?
S: A sofa. A TV.
T: (出示句子There’s a sofa. There’s a TV. ) 带读句子并解释“There’s” means “有”。是There is的缩略形式。
S: 跟读句子。
T: (出示句子There’s a sofa in the sitting room. There’s a TV in the sitting room.) 带读句子。
S: 跟读句子。
T: (指着起居室中的电视机)Do you watch TV? (出示词组:watch TV) 带读并解释“watch” means “观看”。
S: 跟读。
T: Sometimes I watch TV in the sitting room? (出示单词:sometimes有时) 带读并解释“sometimes”means“有时”。Now, Read after me, please. (教师带读)
S: 跟读。
2. 新授句型There are …及单词music,songbook, 词组music room。
  T: (PPT显示音乐室图片) What’s this? We can play the piano. We can sing songs. We can play music in it. (出示单词:music音乐) What is it? Yeah. You’re right. It’s a music room.(带读music room)

T: What’s in the music room? (出示句子并带读) Good. There’s a piano in the music room. Look at the piano. What’s on the piano? (出示句子并带读) There are some books on the piano. Look at the books. There are some songs in the books. They’re songbooks. (出示单词:songbook, 带读) There are some songbooks on the piano.(出示句子并带读)
3. 新授单词bookcase及词组lots of。
T: (PPT显示图书馆图片) What’s in the library? There are some bookcases in the library.(出示句子及单词bookcase,带读)And there are lots of books in the library. (出示句子及词组lots of,带读)
4. 新授单词blackboard。
T: (PPT显示教师图片) We can see some desks and chairs in it. What place is it? Yes. It’s a classroom. (出示词组classroom并带读)
T: What’s in the classroom? Please talk with your partner.
S-S: Disicuss.
T: There’s a TV in the classroom. There are some desks and chairs in the classroom. And there’s a blackboard. (出示单词blackboard,带读)

Step3: Have a rest
Listen to a song: In the classroom

Step4: Part A.Read and say
T: (PPT显示课文中教室图片) It’s Ben’s classroom. 今天是Ben的学校的open day。(出示词组open day,带读)Ben正在给他的朋友介绍他的教室呢。你们想不想去看看? OK. Let’s go.
1. 播放课文1至3幅图动画。
  教授单词our, bright
2. 再次播放课文1至3幅图动画。
  学生看动画回答问题:(1) What’s in Ben’s classroom?
(2) What’s in Ben’s friend’s classroom?
3. 播放课文4至6幅图动画。
T: 介绍完教室之后, Ben又给他的朋友介绍了哪里呢? Let’s go on to have a look.

4. 播放课文4至6幅图动画。
  学生看动画回答问题:(3) What’s in the music room?
(4) What’s in the library?
  教授单词near
5. 学生跟读课文。
6. 学生分角色朗读并表演课文。

Step5: Consolidation
1. 小结本课所学单词、词组及句型。
2. 学生同桌讨论,尝试向Ben介绍自己的校园

Step6: Homework
1. 跟录音朗读课文
2. 并模仿课文内容向父母介绍自己的校园。        教学随笔
